What this site knows about you

This notice covers guided.team and its invite form. The meeting product explains its separate consent rules when they apply.

What is stored

We store your email address, the optional name and answers you provide, and the submission time. We keep this record in a database on our server.

What is not collected

We do not use cookies, analytics, or trackers. The spam check uses a signed timestamp and short-lived counters in memory. It does not write your network address to disk.

Who reads it

Philipp reads your request. Guided sends a copy to the project's mailbox through its email provider. We use the information only to process your request and reply to you.

How long it is kept

We keep the record until we process your request and for as long as it is useful to the conversation you started. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Write to hello@guided.team to request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it. We will respond promptly.
