What this site knows about you

This page covers guided.team, the project's front door. It is written to be read, in the spirit of the Swiss FADP and the GDPR. The meeting product has its own consent model, explained inside the product where it applies.

What is stored

Exactly what you type into the invite form — your name (if you give one), your email address, and your answers to the four questions — plus the time of submission. That is the whole record. It lives in a small database on our own server.

What is not collected

No cookies, no analytics, no trackers, no third-party requests — this page talks to no one but itself. The spam protection uses a signed timestamp and short-lived counters that live in memory and are never written to disk, so your network address is not stored.

Who reads it

Philipp. A notification email carrying your answers goes to the project's own mailbox so your request is seen quickly. Nothing is shared with anyone else, and nothing is used for anything except processing your request and replying to you.

How long it is kept

Until your request is processed, and no longer than it is useful for the conversation you started. You can end that at any time.

Your rights

Write to hello@guided.team to see what is stored about you or to have it deleted — either happens promptly, no questions asked.
