Agents, in plain words
An agent is AI help for a meeting — a note-taker, a summarizer, a guide that knows the format.
In Guided, an agent is a guest, not a bug in the walls. Before it can do anything it knocks: the room shows who sent it, where it runs, and what it asks to see and do — in plain words. The host decides. Everyone sees it in the room, the host can remove it with one tap, and every meeting works completely without one.
A meeting companion at the edge
The Companion is such an agent — install it on one participant’s computer, and the host can admit it to transcribe the meeting and prepare summaries for the group.
The audio can be processed locally, while the owner chooses how summaries run. Everyone sees that the Companion is present, what it may hear, and when it leaves.

This part is for people who build with AI — assistants, automations, coding agents. If that's not you, the plain words above are the whole idea; if it is, the room you've been reading about is a surface your code can drive.
Every gathering is promptable end-to-end — prepare, run, harvest — with agents you can see and eject.
